Careers
Sales Representative
- Requirements: 1-3 years of sales experience; construction background a bonus. Must be a motivated self-starter with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Willingness to travel up to 60 miles, more in case of hail storms or other needs. High school diploma required.
- Position: 1099, paid on sales. Commission based on experience, determined upon employment.
Project Manager
- Experience: 3-5 years as a manager, preferably in construction. Should have experience in leading teams, managing job sites, ensuring material availability, and homeowner liaison.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Must be a people person, adept in coordinating with homeowners, suppliers, and teams.
- Work Schedule: Primarily weekdays, with some flexibility based on project needs.
Installers
- Requirements: 3-5+ years of experience. Must have liability and workers’ compensation insurance, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license. Provide own tools and equipment.
- Position: 1099, wages determined upon employment.
